Yoga Sessions
I teach group and private yin, hatha, and restorative yoga sessions tailored to various skill levels and physical abilities. I lead classes incorporating breath control, meditation, and mindful movement.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow pace form of yoga where you would hold poses for a longer length of time. Such as holding a pose for up to 3 to 5 minutes. It emphasizes stillness and mindfulness, and encouraging practicioners to go deeper into poses and to find their edge.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a gentle style of yoga that poses improve flexibility, strength, and postures.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a relaxing style of yoga that emphasizes passive stretching and deep relaxation to calm the mind and body. It uses promps such as blankets, bolsters, and pillows.
