Yoga Sessions

I teach group and private yin, vinyasa and restorative yoga sessions tailored to various skill levels and physical abilities. I lead classes incorporating breath control, meditation, and mindful movement.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow pace form of yoga where you would hold poses for a longer length of time. 

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a relaxing style of yoga that emphasizes passive stretching and deep relaxation to calm the mind and body. It uses promps such as blankets, bolsters, and pillows.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga has fluid transitions between poses where movement is connected to the breath.
